Public Venue Check-In Time: 6:00pm
Private Location Doors Open: 6:00pm

Start Time 6:30pm (if you have not checked in by the start time, the tournament will proceed without you)
Target Preliminary Rounds End Time: 9:00pm
Target Finals End Time 10:00pm (Top 4 Players)

(note that as the club ramps up and we get into the swing of things this may run long or require adjustments to the format. I'll analyze the match play statistics regarding play times regularly to make each week more efficient. These target times, game formats, and anything really can be adjusted at any time if the club decides)
